Exploring Emotional Intelligence with Dr. Jenny Woo on the Girls That Create Podcast

In the latest episode of the Girls That Create on Word of Mom Radio, host Erin Prather Stafford sits down with Dr. Jenny Woo, a Harvard-trained educator and emotional intelligence researcher. The conversation is a must-listen for anyone who values the impact of emotional intelligence for both personal and professional spaces.

Throughout the episode, Dr. Woo shares insights on how letting emotions work for you instead of against you can transform our daily interactions and relationships, particularly in the parent-child dynamic. She also touches on a preventative approach to mental health issues through education in emotional intelligence rather than waiting for crises to occur.
